Rent the Club for your private party!

(Members Only)

Wednesday nights are available from 6-10 PM for members to rent the Club for private parties during the summer pool season.

2023 Reservations will be taken starting Tuesday, April 11th at 8:00am. We will be using google forms this year to reserve dates. Click here to be taken to the google form. (Please note the form will not be open until April 11th @ 8:00am).

The cost is $250 and includes a maximum of 100 guests. A reservation IS ONLY COMPLETE when the google form AND payment to the Club is received. Reservations will be taken on a first come, first serve basis after BOTH steps are completed. Payment can be made via Venmo (@EvergreenClubDues) or by cash/check dropped off to the Club Treasurer. Make checks out to Evergreen Swim and Tennis Club. Only one reservation date per membership will be accepted until May 15th. The Club Secretary will email you to confirm your reservation. Please feel free to contact her at evergreenswimandtennisclub@gmail.com if you have any questions or if you have not received your email confirmation within 48 hours after filling out the google form.
